Thank you for your interest in Dance Impressions!

Our studio is conveniently located in Bountiful. It is under the direction of mother and daughter team Vivian Colobella and Kandee Allen. We are celebrating our 20th year in Davis County.

Dance Impressions offers classes for dancers of all ages and abilities. Classes for toddlers through pre-professional levels are available. The studio offers recreational and competitive classes. Each year Competitive teams are selected by audition for dancers age 4 and older. If you are interested in competition placement, please contact the studio for additional information.

Dance Impressions is a local studio with National Recognition. Over the years the Company dancers have three times been awarded the prestigious New York City Dance Alliance National ‘Critics Choice Award’. Last summer dancers were awarded Jr and Teen Over-all Groups in New York City at the National Finals as well as numerous other awards. Locally the teams were recognized with awards such as “Directors of the Year”, “Sweepstakes Studio” and “Best Sportsmanship”. Teams have also been awarded National titles at West Coast Dance Explosion, Spotlight Dance Cup, Kids Artistic Revue, LA Dance Magic, and numerous other National competitions.

Students at Dance Impressions receive professional training in all forms of dance, allowing those dancers who want to pursue dance as a career, the foundation for success. Dance Impressions is proud to have Sabra Johnson season 3 winner of the FOX Network hit show “So You Think You Can Dance”. Sabra started her training at Dance Impressions when she was 16 years old and went on to be named “America’s Favorite Dancer”.

Many of our students have been seen on the big screen in the Feature film "High School Musical 3". Our dancers were also featured as principal dancers in HSM 1 and 2. Dancers, both current students and alumni have performed as lead rolls in the Ballet West Nutcracker, “American Mall”, the 2002 Winter Olympics opening and closing ceremonies, with Odyssey Dance Utah, Utah Jazz Dancers, Numerous Cruise Lines, the Utah Blaze, Lagoon entertainment, BYU Cougarettes, numerous musicals, industrials, commercials and more.

In addition to our excellent Competitive program, the studio offers over 30 recreational and technique classes for all ages and levels of dancers. These classes allow everyone an opportunity to dance in a class with proper instruction and a positive atmosphere, teaching boys and girls of all ages dance appreciation, discipline, cooperation, and physical fitness. Dance Impressions provides an environment of professional training for all students regardless of experience, age, or aspirations.
